Erin Garrison and Daren Givens exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 18, 2015, at St. Benigus Catholic Church, Greenfield. The Rev. Mike Paraniuk officiated the double-ring nuptial Mass. A reception followed at Three Spoons Restaurant. A large reception is scheduled in July at Pine Lodge.

Erin is the daughter of Ann Garrison of Tiffin. Daren is the son of Eric and Cathy Givens of Frankfort.

Erin walked partway down the aisle alone, in memory of her brother, and she was met by Daren.

She wore a simple, fitted, ivory silk V-neck gown with an elegant bow at the shoulder and an open criss-cross back. She also wore her mother’s veil and gold wedges. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas, pink roses and clover with her brother’s cross necklace placed within.

Kate Garrison of Tiffin, sister of the bride, and Miranda Good of Maumee, friend of the bride, served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were April Sommer of Findlay, friend of the bride; and Olivia Ross of Pensacola, Florida, and Lisa Detty of Chillicothe, cousins of the bride. They wore sleeveless, faille, navy dresses with beaded necklines and open, keyhole backs with ivory shawls, and carried bouquets of babies’ breath.

Damon Givens of Dayton and Ryan Givens of Frankfort, brothers of the groom, served as best men. Groomsmen included Ben Givens of Frankfort, cousin of the groom; and Brady Black of Chillicothe and Rhett Starr of Painesville, friends of the groom.

Henry Givens of Dayton, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.

Erin, a 2007 Calvert High School and 2011 University of Toledo graduate, is a state fire marshal in Reynoldsburg.

Daren, a 2003 Adena High School and 2008 Ohio University graduate, is an electrical engineer at Infosight in Chillicothe.

The couple plans to take a honeymoon trip to Jamaica in July and reside in Chillicothe.
