Tara Groneck, was officiant of the ceremony. Whitney is the daughter of Barry and Karen (Martin) Bowles of Glasgow, Kentucky. Donny is the son of Theresa (Haubert) Reinhart of Alvada and the late Donald Reinhart. Whitney, escorted by her father, wore a champagne, taffeta Maggie Sottero gown with a light mauve sash containing rosettes and feather.
