Kimberly Norris and Scott Mancino exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. June 15, 2013, at St. Mary’s In-The-Hills Episcopal Church, Lake Orion, Mich. After the double-ring service, performed by the Rev. Laurel Dahill, a reception took place at Indianwood Golf and Country Club, Lake Orion, Mich.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Wendy Norris of Fostoria. The groom is the son of Bob and Debbie Mancino of Flower Mound, Texas, and Joe and Debbie Ulrich of Akron.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a diamond white Maggie Sottero gown. The chantilly lace gown had a ruched wrap bodice with a fit and flare shape, a sweetheart neckline, corset back and chapel-length train. The bride wore a jeweled belt at the natural waistline, and a vintage-inspired lace shoulder wrap. Kimberly carried a bouquet of white garden roses, accented with blush and fuchsia peonies.
The bridesmaids wore long, flowing, navy chiffon dresses by Bill Levkoff in various styles. They carried bouquets of fuchsia peonies with a collection of white flowers.
Carrie (Norris) Shultz of Glenwood Springs, Colo., sister of the bride, was matron of honor and Susie Norris of Columbus, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lesley Roush of Dublin, a friend of the bride, and Jennifer Mancino of Lakewood, sister of the groom, who also served as best woman.
Erick Kienzler of South Lyon, Mich., friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Jason Briggs of Waterford, Mich., friend of the groom, and Dan Bak of Marysville, friend of the couple. The groom and his groomsmen wore heather grey Calvin Klein tuxedos.
Flower girl was Molly Shultz of Glenwood Springs, Colo., niece of the bride. Ring bearer was Parker Kienzler of South Lyon, Mich., godson of the groom.
The bride, a 2002 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from University of Pittsburgh in 2007. She is employed with Chrysler as a vehicle development engineer.
The groom graduated from Lewisville (Texas) High School in 1997, earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from University of North Texas in 2003 and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Michigan in 2006. He also is employed with Chrysler as a vehicle development engineer.
The bride was honored with a proper tea bridal shower, in Findlay, hosted by her sisters. A bridal brunch was given in her honor, in Akron, by Debbie Ulrich and hosted by Kathy Raynor. An online Pampered Chef shower was hosted by Debbie Mancino of Flower Mound, Texas. The rehearsal dinner was at Palazzo di Bocce, Lake Orion, Mich.
Following a honeymoon in Fiji, the couple resides in Lake Orion, Mich.
