Park programs, Feb. 7
Young Adventurers ages 6-12 can discover which toes match which tails during a Toes and Tails hike along the creek at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 18 at Seneca County Park District’s Zimmerman Nature Preserve, SR 18 next to Autumnwood Care Center.
A Winter Critters Hike is planned for 5 p.m. Feb. 19 at Steyer Nature Preserve. All ages are welcome to walk the trails looking for animal signs.

“Talons of Terror” is the title of a raptor program set for 7 p.m. Feb. 18 at Phillips Discovery Center at Oakwoods Nature Preserve. Register with $2 by Feb. 14.
Participants can learn the differences between hawks, owls, falcons and eagles, and get hands-on as they look at feathers, skulls and talons.
The Discovery Center is at 1400 Oakwoods Lane, west of Findlay.
