TAG to host student workshops in November

Tiffin Art Guild is to host workshops called Second Saturdays for Kids for ages 8-14.

The next workshop — for basic drawing in three sessions — is set for 6-8:30 p.m. today, Nov. 13 and Nov. 20.

A fused glass ornament workshop is planned for 10 a.m.-noon Nov. 17.

TU to host veterans event

Tiffin University is to host “A New Leash on Life” in remembrance of Veterans Day at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Chisholm Auditorium located in Franks Hall.

The presentation is to feature Louis Belluomini and his service dog, Star. He is to discuss stereotypes and myths about service dogs and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Clyde group to host annual spaghetti dinner Thursday

CLYDE — The Clyde Exchange Club is to host its annual spaghetti dinner 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church, 510 W. Maple St.

The dinner is to include homemade spaghetti sauce, salad, garlic bread, drinks and homemade desserts.

The cost is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $4 for children ages 4-12.

Proceeds are to be donated to local charities.
