Musician spreads message of peace
Cecilia St. King is an acoustic musician who performs original songs with positive messages. Translating her studies of “The Ageless Wisdom Teachings” into song, she wraps vocals around philosophy. Her music is billed as Americana, merging rock, blues, folk, spirituals and a hint of jazz.
St. King is to play a few selections at the Peace Fair Saturday afternoon on Courthouse Square as a preview of her performance at 7 p.m. Saturday during “An Evening of Peacemaking” in the St. Francis Convent chapel. Also on the schedule is Toledo attorney Terry Lodge.
Admission is free.
Sunday, St. King is to appear at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 201 W. Fremont St., Fostoria. The concert is sponsored by Fostoria Area Citizens for Peace. Admission is $5. Refreshments will be served.
