Tanner-Kapelka | Advertiser-Tribune Eva Marie Tanner and Aaron Thomas Kapelka announce their engagement and Nov. 26, 2016, wedding. Eva is the daughter of Douglas and Lori Tanner of Fostoria. She graduated from Hopewell-Loudon High School in 2012 and Tiffin University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in human resources. She works in human resources at Vaughn Industries. Aaron is the son of Thomas Kapelka of Tiffin and Annette Kapelka of Fostoria. He graduated from Hopewell-Loudon High School in 2010 and Heidelberg University in 2014 with a double major in mathematics and education.
