Brenamen-Whaley | Advertiser-Tribune Sarah Lynn Brenamen and Bradly Joseph Whaley, both of Bascom, announce their engagement and Sept. 3, 2016, wedding. Sarah is the daughter of Marty and Leslie Brenamen of Fostoria. She graduated in 2008 from Hopewell-Loudon and is office manager at Tiell Financial Group in Bascom. Bradly is the son of Jeff and Gina Weber of Tiffin and Keith and Robin Whaley of Bellevue. He graduated in 2008 from Columbian High School and is a machinist at Webster Industries in Tiffin.
