Reinhart-Snyder | Advertiser-Tribune Rachel Ann Reinhart and Collin John Snyder, both of New Riegel, announce their engagement and June 10, 2016, wedding. Rachel is the daughter of Mark Reinhart and Amy (Macias) Reinhart of New Riegel. She graduated from New Riegel High School in 2012 and is an independent musician/worship leader. Collin is the son of John Snyder and Denise (Clouse) Snyder, both of New Riegel. He graduated from New Riegel High School in 2012 and Wright State University in 2015. He is an accountant at Ag Credit in Fostoria.
