Smathers-Parker | Advertiser-Tribune Kelsey Ann Smathers and Scott Thomas Parker announce their engagement and July 9, 2016, wedding. Kelsey is the daughter of Thomas Smathers and Denise Smathers, both of Tiffin. She graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School in 2005 and Ohio State University in 2009. She is an English teacher and volleyball coach. Scott is the son of Tom and Jenny Parker of Napoleon. He graduated from Napoleon High School in 2006 and Bowling Green State University in 2011. He is a supply chain analyst.
