Water lab director joins students in Minds@Work presentations | Advertiser-Tribune More than 150 presentations were given by Heidelberg University students Tuesday during the annual Minds@Work Student Research Conference. Each presentation featured a student's interest and knowledge on academic research, scholarship and creativity. During the day's event, a keynote address was given by Laura Johnson, new director of the National Center for Water Quality Research at Heidelberg. Johnson presented "The Need for Research and Scientific Understanding in the Developed World: A Case Study from Lake Eri.
