The Zaengers | Advertiser-Tribune Herb and Chris Zaenger of Tiffin are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple is planning a trip to Mackinaw Island, Michigan, and a family gathering to celebrate. The couple was wed Sept. 24, 1966, at St. Charles Catholic Church, Toledo. Chris is the daughter of Beatrice Konieczka of Tiffin and the late Melvin Konieczka. She is retired from Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital as a medical records clerk. Herb is the son of the late Herbert P. and Jeanette Zaenger, formerly of Temperance, Michigan. He is retired from Graham Packing in Findlay.
