The Smiths | Advertiser-Tribune Fritz and Sue Smith were to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a Mass today, Aug. 21, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating, and a family trip in July to Tocca Lodge in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The couple was wed Aug. 20, 1966, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Upper Sandusky, by the Rev. Edward Lavey. Sue is the daughter of the late Joe and Corinne Strasser of Upper Sandusky and was a former French teacher and former owner with Fritz of Surf and Turf Specialties, Tiffin.
